海文考研坑爹的不只是钱啊！
我是在北京报的名，周二的时候官网上写着，政治新大纲解析，周末开课。结果我大中午的坐车跑过去，工作人员说：“场地临时征用，这课我们昨天上过了。”你知道我听了这话的心情吗？咱去年考研没考上，报的是海文的政治班，去年的新大纲解析我就没听上，同样是夺回上课，没有人通知。没想到，今年继续没人通知。
晚上我上网再次查看开课时间，仍然写着是周末......
给大家一个报海文的建议：如果他们不能保证一定能给你手机短信通知的话，最好别报名。

另外，记得去年，最后的点题班，有个混蛋老师是这么讲的：“XXXX请参考我的暑期强化班的XXXX”。你知道吗，海文报名的人，只有一部分人听过这个人的课程，比如分了3期，也就是只有33%的同学上过这个人的课，结果最后这个“老师”居然能这么上课。当时的我真想仍臭鸡蛋啊！！！
政治号称什么来着？“预测范围覆盖几乎所有考题”，好吧，我的承认，此话不假。知道为什么吗？最后他给你的所谓预测题目范围，有100多道啊！而且，每道题所有的字数，平均的超过400字。拿到手之后，我只觉得这密密麻麻的小字，写了一厚本。我说，你们怎么不直接把政治大纲解析发给我们啊，那不就绝对100%命中了吗？这么多东西，有谁能在7天时间内背下来。
还说海文的短信通知服务，报名的时候说：“不行，不能给你短信通知”。现在想想，我报了海文，我还真是够贱的。为什么别人交报名费就是交，我交的就不是钱吗？这次，遇到问题了，不给通知，官网上实际也查不到，那么，这课程肯定是听不了了。
说道缴费，我报名的时候，前台说：“钱交了不能退款啊。”我要发票，前台说“没有，你拿听课证就行了。”其实，我想说，你们这是逃税（避税）好不，收钱不开发票，你当你们生意是街头摊煎饼的吗？
我打电话给海文的客服，客服说“我就是管咨询的，您的情况，我也没办法。要不我帮您反映反映吧。我们领导也挺着急的”。我给大家翻译一下啊，“这不关我的事，情况我记录一下，管不管用的，我可没保证”。
其实，如果是系统自动发送通知短信的话，往目标号码目录里添加一个号码完全不是问题。另外，如果领导真的着急，完全可以让员工按照大家报名的信息，逐一发送通知。大家报名的时候，也都留下了手机号码和QQ号码。不是么。

公道的说，海文考研的服务问题真的很糟糕，师资力量优秀老师大有人在，但渣渣们也不少（其实每个考研品牌的师资力量的情况都差不多）。
